Submitting your referrals and earning referral commissions is easy! As one of our agents you have the ability to earn referral commissions on real estate transactions three ways:

1. Submit your referral to the Realty Partners Referrals Network
   We will connect you and your client with the best suited agent, anywhere in the US and Canada. If we do not have an agent in our network yet in your referral area, then we will identify and vet several highly qualified agents for the job and add them to our Referral Network. 2. Submit your referral directly to any Agent or Broker
   You have the option to submit your referral directly to any broker or agent in the US or Canada. You negotiate your own referral commission and one simple online form submission will generate and submit a referral agreement to all parties via DocuSign for electronic signature. 3. Earn commissions on new home community sales and referrals
   While you are not able to work as a traditional buyer or listing agent when licensed with Realty Partners Referrals LLC (ParkYourLicenseForFree.com) you are able to register buyers and refer them to new home communities and builders. This is an opportunity to earn significant commissions.  You will be paid a 70% split on any new home sale referral commissions received.Make sure you provide the following information when referring your customers to a new home community or builder:
