• Are there any marketing tools you provide me with?

  Referral Agents under the ParkYourLicenseForFree.com program are not permitted to actively sell or list real estate. Instead you have the opportunity to generate significant referral income from the referral of real estate transactions to agents and brokers throughout Florida and the U.S. Therefore, we do not provide any tools, websites, etc to our Referral Agents.

  If you elect to become a Referral Partner once your account setup is complete (small one-time setup fee), you will receive an additional opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per year for every REALTOR® agent you refer to Realty Partners LLC, then you will receive your own turn-key website for the specific purpose of referring other agents.

• How can my license be active without board membership?

  If you join a brokerage that is a member of an association (REALTOR board) then you must also join the association. Realty Partners Referrals LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Realty Partners LLC) is a Florida licensed real estate brokerage company that does not belong to any REALTOR associations. Therefore, when you join us, we will activate your license without the need to join any association.

• What if I want to join the MLS?

  If you want to join the MLS at any time in the future then you would have to join a brokerage that is a member of a REALTOR association and MLS, which then of course also means you have to join a REALTOR association as well.  You can transfer your membership and license at any time to Realty Partners LLC and join any of dozens of associations throughout Florida. Of course you can also join any other firm you wish in the future. You can park your license with us for as short or as long a time as you desire. 

• What areas of Florida do you serve?

  Realty Partners is serving the entire State of Florida.
